I remembered when I am install the hathway cable. after its installation it run smoothly without any problem but after 2-3 days there are many channels which was blocked from my package and the pack cost comes high .
When I call customer care there are not attended call after 3-4 calls one call connected and the answer giving to me is too useless they said just switch off your tv and switch on I am doing that but not any single blocked channel will open .
Completely waste of money and time also.
